Roles and responsibilities of this job

Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Assist the Operation Manager and Academic Officers in a day to day activities
Carry out instructions given by the management team
Assist and Manage general operations
Deal inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person or on the telephone
