Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum 10+2 management or social science or development related fields; working experience child club management, cooperative development/management, social protection/social issues.
Minimum of 2-3-years relevant program implementation and report writing experience in a professional environment, preferably in livelihood sector.
Excellent knowledge of and experience on reporting writing and case stories, good practices prepare and presentation.
Strong communication and influencing skills using evidence-based methods;
Technical competence in evidence-based monitoring and evaluation approaches and practices both for accountability and learning processes;
Excellent understanding of data and information phases/needs for program management and decision-making;
Excellent ability to articulate oral and written technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences;
Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods, including guidance/tool/SOP development, and facilitating community-level and key stakeholder KIIs & FGDs;
Experience with KoBo Toolbox or other ODK software is desirable.
Having Motor bike driving licenses is an advantage;
Fluent in both English and Nepali.
