Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+2 management or social science or development-related fields; working experience in child club management, cooperative development/management, social protection/social issues.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant program implementation and report writing experience in a professional environment, preferably in the livelihood sector. 
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience in reporting writing and case stories, good practices preparation, and presentation. 
  • Strong communication and influencing skills using evidence-based methods;
  • Technical competence in evidence-based monitoring and evaluation approaches and practices both for accountability and learning processes;
  • Excellent understanding of data and information phases/needs for program management and decision-making;
  • Excellent ability to articulate oral and written technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods, including guidance/tool/SOP development, and facilitating community-level and key stakeholder KIIs & FGDs;
  • Experience with KoBo Toolbox or other ODK software is desirable. 
  • Having Motorbike driving licenses is an advantage;
  • Fluent in both English and Nepali.
