Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationship with Vendors and Suppliers.
Assist to develop and maintain procurement systems and maintain proper goods purchase records of the company.
Responsible for all aspects of the Procurement process (Purchase Order, Quotation, Follow up on delivery, receipt, payment schedule, etc.)
Maintain and verify stocks of Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods.
Proper filling of the Purchase invoice along with the supporting documents including invoices, GRN Bhansar Pragyapan Patra, bank related documents, etc.
Assist in Vendor management and other coordination for timely supply of the RM/PM.
Coordinate with operations/Quality Control for smooth Functioning.
Coordinate with production planning team, Factory and adherence to plan.
Perform other duties as per assigned by the Management team.
