  • Must have completed Bachelors/ Masters in Management form the recognized institute
  • Should have at least 2 years of experience in Plastic Industry
  • Technical knowledge in plastic product specially in pipes and fittings
  • Fluent in Nepali and English language both verbal and written
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, etc.
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have patience and politeness while dealing with dealers and customers
  • Should be confident and have influential personality
  • Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven
  • Candidate must have own vehicle and valid driving license
  • Flexible to visit market according to needs

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing policies and best practice guides for the Application, organization, service provider and customer
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets for the assigned region
  • Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
  • Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figure
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness
