  • Must be conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali.
  • Must have good communication skill (Written and verbal)
  • Co-ordinate with trainers in regard to the program
  • Should be able to handle the pressure at work.

Requirements & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management field or relevant areas.
  • Below 35 years of age as on 26th January 2025.
  • At least 3 years’ of experience in related field. Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Banking.
  • Two wheelers license will be an advantage.


Job Description

  • Look after the sales activities of various training and certification courses including conferences and workshops.
  • Identify market opportunities in banking industry by identifying consumer requirements.
  • Build relationship in the market and Human Resource Department of banks and other financial institutions
  • Ensure the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly targets are achieved as per the planning while ensuring quality delivery by liaising with respective departments.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and addressing their concern
  • Responsible for meeting targets
  • Support Supervisor for organizing briefing session (virtual and physical) and other promotional activities for the promotion of the certification courses.
  • Follow Ups and create Database of the Customers.
  • Logistic Management liaising with Admin and sales team, for programs, workshops & other activities performed by NBI
  • Perform duties as instructed by the Supervisor/Manager and requirement of the organization
