Job Description

Department : Credit Department

Responsibilities:

Preliminary review of business plans and proposals, regulatory compliances, financial analysis, market analysis.
Approvals should be obtained to establish new relationships.
Site visits (project site, business site, fixed assets collateral site, land and building etc.) should be conducted.
In depth assessment of business plans and proposals, regulatory compliances, financial analysis, credibility, market and industry analysis etc.
Periodic business inspections/ collaterals and site visit reports should be prepared.
Member should be coordinated for timely disbursement and settlement of sanction limits
Timely interest recovery should be followed up. In case of default, necessary recovery actions should be initiated.
Timely renewal of credit facility should be done as per credit policy guidelines of the co-operative.
Monitoring and tracking any deferral documents with respect of the credit facility implementation should be done.
Preparing credit relates reports, as applicable required to submit to higher authorities.
