Job Description

Preparing plans for the purchase of products, services, and supplies
Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and approving products and services to be purchased
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, ranges
Research, evaluating suppliers, conducting the survey for price and terms of purchase
Collecting quotations from different supplier, comparing them with each other and recommending them to seniors for selecting the vendor
Prepare, communicate and Maintain contracts with vendors
Cooperate with purchase audit team for price, quantity and other purchase T & C verification
Receive orders from supply chain department for making purchase order
Initiate, receive, inspect, distribute and keep track of orders
Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with supplies
Monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time
Negotiating and renegotiate prices, terms of payment and other conditions on a regular basis with suppliers

Salary & Benefits : NPR. 20,000-30,0000 & PF, Leave encashment, festive, bonus and insurance as per labour law of state.
