Job Description

Main Responsibility:

  • Monitor operational issues regarding service merchant (especially in off-hours)
  • Monitor and give support for movie transactions strictly (especially in off–hours/ public holidays/peak times)
  • Co-ordinate with bank team for withdrawal issue

Description

  • Help to solve daily operational issues forwarded by the Customer Service Department.
  • Help to solve e-banking issues forwarded by L2 to the Merchant Support Team.
  •  Forward merchant e-banking-related issues to the L2 team.
  • Provide any sort of information to the merchants as per their request received via email. 
  • Provide any sort of information and data as per the requirement from different teams such as marketing, product, QR, operations, and so on.
  • Basic Support to new and existing merchants (queries handling, issue escalation, and listing, etc.
  • Being responsive in support team groups during own work hours.
