Join Allipse Ecom is a fast-growing eCommerce company as our next Junior Media Buyer / Creative Strategist. This is an on-site role for someone who is experienced, data-driven, and ready to scale performance on Meta Ads.

This role requires real campaign management and performance marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns
Optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data
Develop creative strategies including hooks, angles, and messaging
Build and execute structured creative testing plans
Analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Ad Spend)
Scale winning campaigns profitably
Collaborate with designers and editors to improve creative performance
Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Proven track record managing real ad budgets on Facebook & Instagram
Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance marketing
Knowledge of audience testing, creative testing, and funnel structures
Data-driven with strong analytical skills
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-focused

Nice to Have

Experience in eCommerce
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, CAPI, tracking, and attribution
Agency or multi-brand experience
