Position: Junior Marketing Officer 

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal]

Reports To: Marketing Manager

 Overview:

RVM Nepal is seeking a passionate and creative **Junior Marketing Officer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and supporting the company’s initiatives to promote sustainable energy solutions, including Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) technologies and other innovative projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. 
• Develop promotional content such as brochures, presentations, and social media posts. 

Social Media Management:

• Manage company profiles on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. 
• Create engaging posts, respond to inquiries, and monitor performance metrics. 

Content Creation:

•  Collaborate with the team to create compelling blogs, articles, and newsletters. 
• Assist in the preparation of press releases and promotional materials. 

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. 
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies. 

Event Coordination:

• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and trade shows. 
• Represent the company at external events, promoting RVM Nepal’s solutions. 

Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. 
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services. 

Reporting and Analytics:

• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and present reports to the Marketing Manager. 
• Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media and other digital marketing efforts. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles. 

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, etc.). 
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment. 

Preferred Attributes:

• Interest in sustainability and clean energy solutions. 
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
