Job Description

Assist in managing customer relationships, responding to queries, and engaging with consumers on digital platforms to promote positive sales.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Lead Generation & Maintenance of existing customer database
Work closely with your concern line manager
Create Marketing materials as needed
Assist in planning and executing events such as International Pet Fairs
Collaborate with the production team and logistics to ensure the timely dispatch of product samples and customer orders, maintaining communication across departments to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
Be flexible with working hours to accommodate calls or virtual meetings with international clients or partners across different time zones.
