  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and clarity, addressing client inquiries, coordinating with partners, and ensuring effective information flow.
  • Coordinate team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor team performance and report progress to senior management, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Support the day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on productivity, costs, and project outcomes.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure that team activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
