About the job

Job Title: Junior Human Resources (HR)

Company: Hrxplor (Partner Company)

Location: Bagbazar, Kathmandu (On-site)

Responsibilities:

Manage employee records and HR documentation
Support recruitment processes
Prepare and edit HR documents
Maintain HR databases in Excel
Assist with onboarding and orientation
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Handle employee inquiries

Qualifications:

Basic HR knowledge
Proficiency in Canva and Excel
Good English communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
