Job Description

  • Prepare HR-related documents such as a job description, appointment letter, contract renewal letter, termination letter, and appraisal letter.
  • Updating Company databases of employee contact information and employment details. 
  • Handling the recruitment and selection process of vacant positions in the company.
  •  Initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations. 
  • Assisting in the planning of Company events.  
  • Help in daily company operations
  • Providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other matters.
