Mad Ads Agency, a dynamic and creative advertising agency, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and capable of supporting the creative team in producing visually compelling content. This role is ideal for a beginner-to-mid–level designer who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating engaging graphics for social media, ads, branding, and other marketing materials
Support in conceptualizing and designing visual content based on client briefs
Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for various digital platforms
Work closely with the creative team to develop fresh concepts and ideas
Ensure designs are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and delivered on time
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Stay updated with emerging design trends, social media formats, and editing styles
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Make necessary revisions based on team or client feedback

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1–2 years of experience in graphic design or video editing (agency experience preferred)
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Basic to Intermediate Editing Skills Using CapCut Pro
A strong creative mindset with good visual storytelling skills
A portfolio showcasing design and/or video editing work (academic or freelance acceptable)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
