Job Description

  • Collaborate regularly with Student Services Officers across UK offices to reconcile receivables and cash balances.
  • Manage and reconcile commissions and associated payable between accounting software and student portals.
  • Support the finance team in managing debtors and creditors, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare debtors reports and provide actionable insights for collections and receivables management.
  • Reconcile Company bank transactions accurately.
  • Record student receipts and ensure accurate tracking across systems.
  • Prepare and post month-end journals, supporting schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities.
  • Timely and accurate recording of purchases in Xero software for all business units.
  • Perform bank reconciliations in the accounting system to ensure up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and reporting as assigned by the finance leadership team.
