Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on ongoing projects.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on communication activities.
• Assist in the creation of social media strategies and conduct content research.
• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct social media audits to assess the performance of clients' social media channels.
• Support the planning and execution of events and conferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a marketing-related field; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
