Job Description

Department: Business Development
Reports to: Respective Supervisor
Probation Period: 3 Months

Primary Responsibilities:

The Junior Business Executive is ultimately responsible for smooth project coordination, market research, and creating business requirements for the software. Managing multiple projects for software development, quality assurance, and systematic documentation and management of requirements.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Marketing and demonstration of software to various clients
On Site Lead generation and conversion
Implementation of software, Support and features implementing to different customers
Handle customers need with positive, patient and friendly manner utilizing good interpersonal skills
Coordinate with team for proper documentation of tasks and feedback from the market

Other Duties:

Provide customers and staff with training and assistance
May perform other job-related duties as assigned
May travel for system setup, training, implementation as required
On-Call for Emergencies
Timely reporting of Job-related duties as assigned
