Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Backend Developer at Autolab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located in Kathmandu. The Junior Backend Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with backend development, including designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain web applications and ensure high performance and responsiveness.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python
Experience with web development frameworks and tools, such as Spring Boot, Django, or Ruby on Rails
Knowledge of databases and SQL, along with experience in query optimization and performance tuning
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
Understanding of Restful API design principles and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
