Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant at Hamro Triveni Saving and Credit Cooperative, you will be responsible for promoting our financial products and services, implementing effective marketing strategies, and handling payment collection activities. Your role will be critical in driving membership growth, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to promote the cooperative’s financial products and services.
  • Identifying and targeting potential markets to expand membership and increase product uptake.
  • Designing and executing campaigns to promote savings accounts, loans, and other financial products.
  • Educating members and potential members about the benefits and features of the cooperative’s products.
  • Conducting outreach activities to attract new members and promote financial services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assisting in the collection of payments from members, including handling reminders and follow-ups for outstanding balances.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and maintaining detailed records of transactions.
  • Conducting research to understand member needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
