Job Description

Junior Architect Requirements:

  • Proficient in Auto CAD, sketch up, 3D max, Illustrator or other design programs.
  • 2-3 years of experience in architecture in real estate
  • Minimum Bachelors in Architecture (Masters preferred)
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Junior Architect Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sketch planning and designing -Coordinate project details and complete paper work
  • Knowledge of unique facade designs, floor plannings, and drawings
  • Knowledge of preparation of BOQ, contracts, drawings/documents for tenders, and contractors
