Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant/Data Entry Officer to support our accounting, sales coordination, and data management functions. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to manage communication with outlets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Take and record orders received from outlets.
Coordinate with outlets regarding daily production and sales.
Follow up on payments from outlets and prepare sales and payment reports.
Prepare sales bills for dispatch to respective outlets.
Generate and maintain commercial invoices as per outlet payments.
Update all relevant data accurately in Google Sheets (G-Sheet).
Conduct physical verification of stock as per commercial invoices.
Coordinate with the IT Department to update inventory levels.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, data entry, or a related role.
Strong command of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
