  • Travel for collection, payment, deposits and other official purposes within Kathmandu valley
  • Should have two wheeler license

Job Description

  • Compile daily outdoor transactions/services details
  • Prepare bills of outdoor services and inform the customers
  • Follow up the customers for payment
  • Travel for payment, collection, deposit at banks and for other official purposes when necessary
  • Maintain day book
  • Receive and verify goods purchases in relation to invoice
  • Prepare vouchers of receipt, payment and deposits
  • Prepare cheques for payment
  • Call creditors for payment collection
  • Supervise the deposit of collected revenue such as cash, cheque, card and online payments in specific banks 
  • Prepare periodic bank reconciliation
  • Contact and co-ordinate with various banks in order to identify the unreconciled transactions and for other banking activities
  • Other simple tasks of Account Department
