Roles and responsibilities of this job

Satyabhama Global Trading is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should be familiar with basic accounting principles and capable of working with accounting software for routine bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and posting of financial transactions.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
Support account reconciliation and basic financial reporting.
Handle invoice preparation, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Assist in preparing documents for audits, tax filings, and compliance.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related tasks.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Prior experience is preferred also freshers with accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Must be familiar with and able to operate accounting software (e.g., Tally, Swastik, Busy, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and general computer operations.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work responsibly.

Note: Preference for candidates residing in or near Dhading.
