Key Responsibilities

• Daily Transaction Management: Accurately record sales, returns, discounts, and payments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit timely and accurate accounting reports, including month-end closings.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
• Reconciliation: Review and reconcile payments and records in the store's accounting system.
• Audit Support: Assist with annual audits.
• Communication: Communicate regularly with store management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
• Data Accuracy: Log accounting information accurately to maintain data quality.
• Financial Analysis: Assist with profitability analysis and pricing reviews.
