Job Description

As a Junior Accountant, you will support our senior accountants and tax advisors in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial services to individuals and small-to-medium businesses. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic team that values proactive support and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of financial statements
Help manage accounts payable and receivable and perform bank reconciliations
Support client bookkeeping and payroll processing
Enter and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare supporting documents for tax returns and audits
Maintain accurate client records using cloud-based systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
Liaise with clients to gather financial data and resolve queries
Stay current with Australian taxation and accounting regulations
