Job Description

Level: Junior Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping financial records that are compliant with accounting and tax regulations.
  • Accurate recording and entry of transactions into a computerized accounting system.
  • Prepare payments by verifying documents and requesting disbursement.
  • Collection of cheques from customers and deposit in bank.
  • Daily Bank reconciliation.
  • Timely submission of VAT returns, TDS return and Income Tax Return Filling.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, P/L statement and other Ad – Hoc reports.
  • Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders involved including partners, clients, suppliers, employee, etc. via email, phone calls or personal encounters.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
