Job Description

  • Operations: Managing operations of large fulfillment center having a significant employee workforce and handling inward/storage/dispatch operations 
  • Candidate should be able to work closely with business teams in setting up and operationalizing warehouse operations from scratch and for day-to-day issue resolution 
  • Stock Responsibility: Ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out), arrange for stock from outstation warehouses, Cold rooms responsibility 
  • Inventory Management and warehouse management at all levels Non-moving product push the sales & marketing team 
  • Handling customer goods receiving status report and sharing same with warehouse team 
  • Keep all records of challan, tax invoice, invoice sales return purchase and stock transfer bills 
  • Oversee the entire warehousing operations of the Company 
  • Communicating and coordinating with the Accounts/Finance team as and when required to update any records necessary 
  • Ensure the work environment is safe, clean and secure at all times 
  • Monitoring inventory levels at all times and ensure re-ordering is done in a timely manner. 
  • Communicating and coordinating with the Sales Team and ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner as per Company guidelines. 
  • Handling a team of 25 people
