Qualification and Experience:

Minimum bachelor degree in management or business administration
Sound knowledge of Cost Accounting and Inventory Management.
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role (Preference will be given having experience in FMCG factory)
Must have knowledge of accounting package tally
A self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a Team
Able to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal & written
Competent in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preference is given to those having Two-wheeler and a valid license

Job Description

Keeping thorough and in-depth track of inventory accounting, record keeping and its overall movement analysis/monitoring.
Preparing summarized/periodical inventory reports and statistics as required.
Involving and inspecting physical verification of all the stocks.
Ensuring correct costing/valuation of the stocks items in system software.
Having analytical and questioning mind.
Frequent factory site visit, both inside and outside valley.
Responsible to manage and maintain proper accounting system
Management of the data file and the appropriate filing of the electronic and hard copies of the financial documents and reports
Assist in preparing monthly financial report
Update team with account status
Reconcile monthly bank and cash statement
Reconcile payment collection and update
Assist in preparing financial planning
Handling accounting and administrative work
Handling petty cash fund
Other duties as assigned
