Job Description

  • Possessing planning and implementing skill, having strong sense of ownership to meet company’s goal
  • Must have good communication skill in Nepali and English 
  • Must have problem solving skill and be customer focus
  • Ability to meet the deadlines and having time management skill
  • Aptitude for Technology: Must possess proficient knowledge in Excel, MS Word, Power point and email 
  • Having knowledge of financial and insurance products.
  • Sound managerial and leadership skills

Experience

  • 2 years’ experience in customer service 

Educational Description:

  • Should possess MBA/MBS/ M. Com/MA/ M.Sc. degree.

  • The candidate should have good interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality and should be energetic
  • Self-motivated and hard working
