Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Jr. Officer – Admin & Sales / Marketing bridges property management and social work. They oversee assigned housing, enforce tenancy rules, and conduct property inspections while connecting residents with vital support services to ensure neighborhood stability and safety. Core responsibilities typically include:

1. Residence Management & Enforcement

Inspections: Conduct move-in, routine, and move-out property inspections to ensure lease compliance, check for safety devices (e.g., smoke alarms), and identify repair needs.
Compliance & Interventions: Address lease violations (e.g., unauthorized occupants, antisocial behavior, property neglect) by mediating conflicts or escalating cases.
Rent & Arrears Collection Support: Assist residents with managing accounts, addressing rent arrears, and setting up payment plans and cam collection.

2. Resident Support & Community Building

Needs Assessment: Evaluate residents' living situations to identify vulnerabilities or risks.
Service Referrals: Connect tenants to essential community-based services such as welfare entitlements, mental health support, and vocational training.
Tenant Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for residents, representing the housing authority or agency in community meetings and neighborhood initiatives.

3. Administration & Compliance

Documentation: Maintain accurate case files, draft violation reports, and complete documentation regarding tenant progress and property conditions.
Liaison Duties: Coordinate with internal maintenance teams, housing boards, and local regulatory bodies to resolve complex community issues.

4. Sales & Marketing

Lead Generation: Prospecting potential buyers via cold calls, Follow-up, referrals, and digital platforms.
Property Showcasing: Conducting site visits to present property features.
Deal Negotiation: Assisting senior agents in closing deals and advising clients on market trends.
Client Coordination: Scheduling site visits, handling inquiries, and managing office communications.
Data Management: Updating CRM databases, tracking leads, and preparing sales reports.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Strong skills in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
Exceptional Organization Skills with attention to detail
Problem-solving, teamwork, and time management capabilities
Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office and other relevant tools
Prior experience in community management or administration is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Candidate who located nearby South Lalitpur (Nakhhu, Sanepa, Baiseparti) will be prioritize.
