Job Description

The Leads Officer will play a pivotal role in managing client onboarding, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the admissions process. This role requires a proactive approach to client management, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing counsel and information regarding the visa/admission application process to applicants.
  • Understanding the requirements of different visa/admission categories.
  • Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.
  • Answering any queries and providing support for visa/admission-related matters.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Remaining up-to-date with the latest visa/admission policies.
  • Creating and maintaining an accurate and well-structured filing system.
  • Managing the update of visa/admission records in the system.
  • Ensuring clients comply with the terms and conditions of the visa/admissions.
  • Ensuring accuracy when assisting with the coordination, issuance, and handling of visas/admissions.
  • Advising and guiding applicants through the visa/admission application process.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current visa/admission rules and regulations.
  • Organizing and managing documents and other paperwork in an organized manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients.

Note: Working hours are from 6 AM to 3 PM.
