Job Description

  • Respond to vendor's / Customer's queries 
  • Work as a key person to those vendors willing to provide on-call orders 
  • Rider's check-in 
  • Managing orders and assigning riders  
  • Coordinating with the CS department for specific issues, ideas and execution. 
  • Handling cancelled orders 
  • Gather food/restaurant feedback
