Ruby Homes Pty Ltd. specializes in creating custom residential homes tailored to our clients' unique needs. We are expanding our team and seeking an Architect with strong proficiency in Revit to assist in designing and planning high-quality homes remotely from Nepal Office located at Hadigaun, Kathmandu. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop residential homes, including floor plans, construction drawings, and façade designs.
• Utilize Revit as the primary design tool for all architectural work.
• Edit photos and graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator for marketing and presentation purposes.
• Interpret contour surveys, Geotech surveys, topography, landfills, and structural design concepts to inform architectural planning.
• Develop landscape, driveway, and retaining wall designs in line with project requirements.
• Ensure design compliance with company guidelines while maintaining creativity and innovation.
• Collaborate with engineers, town planners, certifiers, and clients to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Prepare detailed reports and design proposals based on company templates and standards.
• Create marketing floor plans and façade designs for promotional materials.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, problem-solving, and attention to detail in all tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building design.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Revit (mandatory). Applications without demonstrated Revit experience will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic editing.
• Strong knowledge of building design guidelines and principles.
• Competency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to write reports and extract insights from plans and designs.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
