Recent graduate of Bachelor's or Master’s student in science or engineering other STEM subjects
Any tutoring or mentoring experience will be considered
Critical thinker with strong conceptual understanding of K-12 content (Math & Science)
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in simple terms

PS:

Exceptional candidates with a non-STEM degree may be considered if the candidate has taken Math as a major subject in his/her 12th Grade
Experience of studying or working abroad will add advantage

Work with seniors to develop curriculum and design course structure for math and science subjects for Grades 8-10 as per the guidance from the Curriculum Development Center
Write intuitive and intriguing scripts with help from subject experts and storyboard to bring the scripts to life in the form of lecture videos and quizzes
Research and create lesson plans, practice questions and assessments to help students learn through their personalized learning path
Build a clear explanation for key concepts and implement the problem-first approach to learning
Incorporate feedback from students and insights from subject matter experts to continuously improve the offerings
