  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Having two wheeler with valid driving license

Job Description

  • Assist in the development of architectural plans, drawings, and presentations
  • Provide technical support to senior architects and project managers
  • Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, and other materials related to the design process
  • Create detailed drawings of building structures and components
  • Checking building plans and permits to ensure they meet local codes
  • Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
  • Supervise construction to ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Perform site visits to gather data for projects,maintain records and documents related to projects
