Job Description

Junior accountant will be mainly responsible for verifying Sales, managing Petty cash, and booking stock purchase entries in the system.

Responsibilities:

Verify all invoices and payment receipt for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
Process/book sales, inventory purchase, and payment to suppliers in accounting system.
Manage petty cash and credit card purchase.
Prepare reconciliations for: Bank, Suppliers (in coordination with Procurement),
Verify sales (cash and cards), and ensure deposit in bank.
Create new items in the accounting system.
Prepare vat computation for filing.
Assist with other admin & accounting work.
