Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategyk
Interacting with customers and dealing with customer’s inquiries
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

2-3 years Marketing in online media will be preferred
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and organize
Willingness to travel inside/outside valley
Team player who collaborates with ease and contagious creative energy
Strategic vision and strong business acumen
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Copywriting and graphic/digital design experience preferred
Advanced social media advertising experience
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Packages
Fast typing in both Nepali and English
Proficiency in many social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, twitter and LinkedIn)
Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials
