Job Description

  • Should have depth knowledge of marketing and Business Development in tourism industry
  • Able to develop growth strategies and plans
  • Able to create, market and sell tourism products, and achieved targets
  • Able to conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Experience of following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Able to meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Able to research business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Able to work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Experience of attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Willing to work beyond office hours
