We are seeking a talented JavaScript Developer with strong expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to join our innovative team. This role is critical to the development and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Job Description:

As a JavaScript Developer with AWS/Azure expertise at NepOps , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications. You will work closely with our DevOps, front-end, and back-end teams to ensure that our applications are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
Manage cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring availability, scalability, and security.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native tools and services.
Develop serverless applications and microservices using AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or similar technologies.
Automate and streamline infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
Monitor and manage cloud resources, including VMs, databases, and storage, using tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or similar.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and perform regular security audits.
Keep up to date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript.
In-depth knowledge of AWS or Azure services, including compute, storage, databases, networking, and security.
Experience with cloud-native development, including serverless architectures and microservices.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) or Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are highly desirable.
Experience with databases like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cosmos DB.
Knowledge of network architecture and security best practices in cloud environments.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
