Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers throughout the loan application and settlement lifecycle. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the Australian mortgage and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Australian mortgage brokers with end-to-end loan processing activities
Collect, review, and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and maintain loan application files in accordance with Australian compliance standards
Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams via email and phone
Update loan statuses and maintain accurate records in CRM and lender systems
Ensure all tasks are completed within defined timelines and service standards
Support settlement coordination and post-approval documentation
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Processing / Mortgage Processing / Australian Mortgage Support Services
Candidates with hands-on experience in mortgage documentation, loan assessment, and lender requirements will be preferred
Fluent English (spoken & written) and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn the Australian mortgage processes
Ability to work in a professional, deadline-driven environment

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Type: Onsite
