About Being a Proshore Developer

What you will be doing

• Understand the requirement, research, and recommend best possible user experience to the product owner
• Collaborate with the team to meet the product goals and ship good quality product increments timely
• Maintain quality work delivery, making sure that the standards are met
• Provide feedback on team's work frequently, and encourage and promote best engineering practices

• Hands on professional programming experience using Java, and a lot longer than that as a hobby 
• You are familiar with Spring framework and MySql
• You believe design patterns are the way to go
• Have a passion for outstanding results, not just clean code
• Scalable and manageable solutions are in your DNA
• Experience with front-end JS frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue would be cool
