Roles and responsibilities of this job

Analyze requirements, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on decisions
Take ownership of reusable components and drive from design through implementation to release
Write well-designed, efficient and maintainable code, and review, test and debug team members’ code
Lead and mentor junior developers
Find creative, tractable new ways to improve coding standards across the team and broader org
Advocate for best practices, excellent usability, and exceptional quality
Help other developers take advantage of new technologies

Nice to have:

Experience working with data is a plus since the team's primary charter is to present our clients' travel data to them in an insightful manner, and you will use analysis of the data to drive solution design
Experience with maintaining cross-browser compatibility and debugging
Understanding of client-side performance and how to improve it

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Experience in full stack software development including Javascript, Java and RESTful services
Good time management skills
Strong problem-solving and logical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self -starter, who can quickly understand the eco system with little ramp up & kick start development
Must thrive in a fast-paced, agile/SCRUM work environment
Understanding of basic Java design patterns, data structures & algorithms
Experience in using frameworks such as Spring Boot and build tools/version control tools such as git and maven
Strong attention to detail
