Job Description

Technical Skills and Experience:

Mandatory Skills

Strong in Java programming and Java-based technologies - Java, J2EE Framework, RESTful web services pattern, Spring Framework.
Experience in any JavaScript frameworks
Experience using Tomcat or any Web Application Server, SVN, GIT
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB, MSSQL and/or Postgres),
Knowledge of RabbitMQ/SQS, Solr/Lucene/Elastic Search

Below additional skills will be preferred:

Experience in the cloud and serverless technology (preferably AWS) would be a major plus point
Proficient experience working with Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Code Deploy, Bamboo, Octopus or any CI/CD tools and deep understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery. Willing and able to work with the DevOps team and contribute to CI/CD
Experience working in an Agile development process
Knowledge of AWS LAMBDA and monitoring tools such as Solar winds and New Relic would be a plus
