The Japanese Language Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality Japanese language instruction to students preparing for their studies or careers in Japan. The instructor will create an engaging learning environment and tailor lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective Japanese language curricula.
• Teach Japanese language classes, including grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support.
• Organize and conduct language practice sessions and cultural activities.
• Assist students in preparing for Japanese language proficiency exams (e.g., JLPT).
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Japanese language.
• Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
• Experience living or studying in Japan.
• Familiarity with Japanese culture and customs.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.
