Role Description

This is a full-time on-site IT Technician - Internship role located in Kathmandu at Maya British Education. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, assisting with information technology tasks, delivering customer service, and participating in training activities.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Install OS and Software
Information Technology knowledge
Customer Service skills
Hardware and Networking knowlege
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Technical certifications are a plus
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Information Technology or related field
