Ishan Children and Women's Hospital is seeking a mid-level IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our organization's computer systems and networks. This is a vital role that requires a candidate with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, scanners, CCTVs and other peripherals
Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
Perform regular backups and ensure data security
Provide technical support and guidance to staff members
Conduct routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and assist with procurement as needed

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
Experience with Windows Operating systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
