We require an IT professional to handle our employee resource management, data collection, scheduling, and automation system. The system is based on Microsoft Sharepoint and is extensively integrated with multiple data collection services. A Microsoft Certified Professional with certification involving the listed areas would fit the role perfectly. 

• Knowledge of Automation, Office 365 suite, HTML, conditional language, CSS, policies, Sharepoint, formula development, survey forms, and data collection.
• Besides the technical skillset mentioned, candidates are required to have good communication skills with a strong command of English. 
• We have flexible working hours but you will be required to accommodate requests and tasks that might fall beyond the traditional working hours.

Note: 

• This is a remote position with flexible working hours
• We require some of your working hours to overlap with our head of operations in Australia and our IT manager in Italy. Meaning an ideal working hour would start at 8 AM and end at 5 PM.
• You will be reporting to the Management Team, an IT Manager, and a Data Analyst.
• We expect you to work 5 days a week. Nepali public holidays except for the major festivals are no exceptions.
• Similar past experiences. Give briefs about your responsibility, what your position added to the organization, and how you tackled challenges faced.
  
• Professional certifications (please highlight date of certification)

This is a salaried position, where you'll be appointed on an annual contract which will be extended should you and the team see longer employment fruitful. The base salary is 40,000 NPR in case you match the requirements. We are willing to negotiate a higher salary
