Job Description

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing the company's on-premise and cloud systems, with a focus on integrating with SSO providers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in system administration, with experience in both on-premise and cloud environments, the ability to manage SSO integrations, and a strong understanding of user management best practices. 

Professional Qualification

  • Preferably Masters or bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering Discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar field
  • Experience with mac and Linux user and device management
  • Experience in Office365 administration, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender
  • Experience with the virtualization platform VMware on Design, Deployment, and Administration
  • Experience with Cloud platforms Azure, AWS, and GCP regarding administration, User Management
  • Experience with Endpoint Protection & Management
  • Prior Project Management experience
  • Experience with handling medium and large IT projects
  • Comfortable with modern authentication SSO, MFA, OIDC Connect
  • Fluency and Experience with Identity Provider and Access Management Platforms like Okta, OneLogin
  • Comfortable working with Network Design, Implementation, and Debugging
  • Experience in Security Research, Analysis, and Incident Management
  • Team Management and active contributor to resource planning and optimization
  • Can work independently with projects from scoping to implementation
  • Experience working with helpdesk and ticketing platforms like Freshservice, Zendesk
  • Experience in shell scripting and PowerShell scripting for automating repeated tasks
  • Accountable should possess sound work ethics

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, Maintain Identity provider solutions like Okta, OneLogin
  • Integrate SSO application with IdP solutions like Okta
  • Have abilities to drive IT Projects from design to implementation
  • Administer onboarding, offboarding, and privilege assignment as per need
  • Support end users via the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Monitoring, Investigating and responding to security incidents
  • Planning, Implementing, and Handling Disaster recovery for on-premises and cloud-based apps and services
  • Mentoring Juniors for upgrading skills through knowledge sharing and mentorship programs
  • Planning, optimizing, and tracking spending for on-premises and cloud-based resource usage
  • Supporting, and assisting with development and testing requirements as per need
